The application allows us to review your information to determine eligibility for a mortgage. The application process will take you 15-30 minutes to complete depending on the complexity of your work history. We also request that clients looking for a plan of action complete the application so we have a clear understanding of your employment history.
Why is this important? Banks set regulations surrounding a buyer's credit and employment history. To adequately review the eligibility of a buyer, we must legally retrieve this information.
Once you have submitted your application, you will need to upload the necessary documents required for us to issue a pre approval letter.
We place significant value in educating our buyer's throughout the loan process. Once you have been pre-approved, we will schedule our loan consultation. In our loan consultation, we will discuss sales price, monthly payment and cash to close. We will ensure that all of your questions regarding the home buying process are answered and that you feel comfortable moving forward in the process.
This is the fun part! Work with a trusted realtor partner to find the home of your dreams. You will use your pre-approval to go under contract on the home!
From the time you sign the contract on your new home, the process takes approximately 30 days to close. This is typically a whirlwind of time and can be both emotional and stressful.
