Annie graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010 where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health with a focus in Business Administration. WHOOP!
She became a licensed loan originator in 2020 after spending eight years in medical device sales where she built strong relationships with both doctors and patients alike. Toward the end of her well-enjoyed healthcare career, Annie felt that she was being called into Loan Origination.
Annie understands that purchasing a home can be a daunting and overwhelming experience. She takes the time to get to know her clients on a personal level in order to find the best mortgage solution for their individual needs.
In December of 2022 she received the Breakthrough LO of the Year Award for excelling in a downturn market. Over the past two years, Annie has consistently ranked among the Top 20 originators at Edge Home Finance. She provides impeccable communication to her clients and true compassion for their experience.
Outside of work, Annie enjoys traveling with her husband Cody and their two children, Kale and Alice. Weekends often mean baseball with the kids, camping trips, or exploring new places together as a family.
During New Year's every year I spend intentional time praying and seeking the Lord's will for this business. I don't want to say MY business because it is not mine alone, it is HIS and I am just a steward of the individuals and families he puts in front of me. As I move forward in 2025 there are a few things that I feel are of the upmost importance.
The focus this year is to be on time, time management and delegation; Ensuring that buyers receive a customized approach to their home buying process while also keeping a work-life balance. As terrifying as this sounds, I know the Lord did not lead me here to let me fall.
Secondly, is being present. Goodness how difficult this has been in a season of busy; Work, Baseball, School, Activities, Travel. Isn't the enemies greatest skill distraction? I am so distracted. Lord help me to always look back to You, find intentional time with You, and not let the distractions of the world sway me.
And finally, but definitely not the least/last, is being the light. I get so overwhelmed that I fall short. I pray to keep my focus on You, to remember to TRUST You, and remind myself that it is not of my own power/strength/might but of Yours. (I fail at this daily). Help me to forgive quickly. Give grace expeditiously. and love exponentially.
xoxo
